Position Summary
The practice is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established concierge medical practice in New York City.

This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a turnkey setup with an existing panel of approximately 600 active concierge patients. Physicians benefit from a significantly reduced daily patient volume (6–8 patients per day), allowing for deeper patient relationships, comprehensive care, and an enhanced work-life balance.

The incoming physician will have full clinical autonomy and flexibility to incorporate procedures based on their specialty and preference, while benefiting from robust administrative and operational support.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a concierge medicine model.

Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness planning.

Perform clinical and/or procedural services based on specialty and preference.

Develop long-term, trusted relationships with patients through personalized care.

Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Licensure & Certification: Board Certified in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine; active or eligible New York medical license and DEA registration.

Experience: Prior concierge, private practice, or outpatient experience preferred.

Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation and Environment

Bonus Structure: Additional earning potential based on performance, with upside beyond $500K.
