Job description
We are seeking a GI provider to assist with inpatient and endoscopy coverage. This 202-bed regional hospital serves 22 counties and requires a provider comfortable with a high-volume hospital setting.
-Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) plus 24-hour weekend call. (No weekday night call).
-Location: 560 W Mitchell St, Petoskey, MI 49770.
-Team: 2 Physicians, 2 APPs; all services onsite at the hospital.
-Charting: Cerner EMR.

Job Responsibilities
-Manage high volume: ~18 outpatients and ~20 inpatient scopes per day.
-Provide 24-hour weekend call coverage (Saturday/Sunday).
Qualifications
-Experience: Completed Fellowship with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience [REQUIRED].
-Procedures: ERCP proficiency is [REQUIRED].
-Licensure: Active Michigan License and CSR at time of submission [REQUIRED].
-Geography: Local candidates (driving in) are [REQUIRED].
-Credentialing: Clean background with no actions; NPDB self-query pulled within 30 days [REQUIRED].
Working Hours
-Availability: ASAP/Multiple blocks available (March – June 2026).
