$525K+ Gastroenterology Opportunity | Orlando, FL | No Hospital Call + ASC Revenue Share

Position Overview

A leading multispecialty medical group in Orlando, Fl is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a thriving, well-established GI practice. The group offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to a robust ASC, advanced endoscopy suite, and a large built-in referral base across 40+ specialties.

This is a primarily outpatient position with no hospital or ER call requirements. Physicians will share limited after-hours clinic call only, triaged through an answering service.

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient, Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM, flexible)

• No hospital or ER call; optional inpatient rounding if desired

• Average of 20–25 clinic patients per day

• 2–4 procedure days weekly; average 20–30 scopes per full day

• Skilled, experienced endoscopy and anesthesia team supporting all procedures

• Advanced technology and Olympus equipment with ProVation EMR templates

• Access to a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with favorable revenue-sharing structure

• Robust referral base and administrative support for billing, coding, and scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $525,000+ with productivity incentives

• Commencement bonus: $25,000–$20,000

• Relocation assistance: $10,000–$15,000

• Productivity bonus: 25% of net income exceeding $1,050,000 NPR

• Fellowship stipend:

  • $1,000/month with 12-month forgiveness

  • $2,000/month with 24-month forgiveness

• Partnership eligibility: After 2 years (includes ASC participation and equal profit sharing)

• ASC ancillary income: Up to 80/20 split based on productivity and eligibility after 12 months

Preferred Skills
