Full time
An integrated health system in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing multi-specialty physician group serving a large regional population.
Practice Overview
• Join an established team of 1 Gastroenterologist and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Practice mix:
* 70% Endoscopy
* 20% Clinic
* 10% Inpatient care
• Internal Medicine hospitalist service manages admissions
• Call schedule: approximately 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week
• Opportunity to focus on “bread and butter†gastroenterology procedures
• No buy-in, no malpractice expenses, no overhead, and no seniority restrictions

• 165-bed hospital
• Multi-specialty physician group with more than 100 physicians
• 25 medical specialties represented
• Care provided across multiple regional clinic locations
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Compensation
• $715,000 greater of salary or production floor
• Additional earning opportunities through bonuses, quality incentives, and productivity-based compensation
