COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Competitive Salary minimum $600,000 in a State with No Income Tax!
- There is no work RVU Production to maintain the annual salary
- Relocation is available and Retention Bonus of $10,000, after working 1 year
- Medical benefits for the doctor is covered; family can be added for Medical Insurance. Prescriptions filled at the hospital pharmacy if seen in our clinics
- Physician can participate in 403B Program, employer will match up to 6% per plan rules
- PTO: Bucket 27 days - includes 7 Holidays
- Schedule: 8-5pm or 7-4pm; Average 7-9 clinic patients 4 days a week, 1 day of procedures
- Hospital-Employed position, outpatient only with some rare occasions a patient could be admitted to the hospital
- On-site 25 beds with a 68 bed LTC Nursing Home
- Cases: Endoscopies, Colonoscopies a lot of scopes
- No On-call and No weekend coverage
- Student Loan Repayment: Through the NHSC Program; Baker County, Florida has a HPSA score of 17 for an under-served area
- Will consider late career physician
- Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- MD/DO is accepted
- Not able to consider Visa Candidates at this time
- No State Income Tax
