overage Gastroenterology ERCP is required Need for MI licensed provider to cover the following dates: Dates: 3/25 (orientation) 3/26 (7am)-3/30 (7am) 6/12(7a)-6/15(7a) 12/11(7a)-12/14(7a) Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 hour shift with an hour lunch (8 hours billable) with 15 hour call shift overnight. Weekend call 24 hours All OT and CB hours must be logged on the timesheet PRIOR to the submission. Vendor, please make sure your providers are educated on this. Please submit bids that include 24 hour rate as well as a regular hourly/night call. We would need an immediate turnaround on the credentialing application and billing enrollment packet. Start date TBD upon completed credentialing. Locum provider will not have a scribe for this assignment and will be responsible for all charting and work completion without an assistant joining them throughout the day. Locum provider will be required to review all of their pathology and complete the line of work by communicating with the nurses the letters they want to send their patients with results and follow up recommendations. The site is looking for complete block coverage. They will only consider providers with full availability of the dates needed and not partial. Hospital/procedures + call EGD colonoscopy pH studies manometry sigmoidoscopy PEG/PEG-J tube placement ERCP/EUS PERFERRED 4 procedure rooms/Endo Suites Olympus Hydrogen breath testing Capsule endoscopy Propofol Cerner, gGastro, Athena Well established, highly accomplished Endo Unit team Average 12 patients per day • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing
