Job Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy
• Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders including GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease, hepatitis, pancreatitis, and functional GI conditions
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty physicians for integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and high-quality clinical standards
• Participate in shared call coverage (outpatient-focused)
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship
• Active New York medical license
• Current DEA license
• Minimum 5 years of Gastroenterology practice experience
• Proficiency in standard endoscopic procedures
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
