A highly respected, physician-owned digestive health practice is seeking a BE/BC Advanced Gastroenterologist to join its growing team. With $600K+ in first-year earning potential, a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a path to partnership, this group offers an extremely lucrative package in one of Colorado's most desirable metro areas.
The Position:
• Advanced GI focus performing EUS and ERCP, plus general colonoscopy and endoscopy
• Majority procedures; high producers perform 15-18 procedures/day
• 3 half-day clinics to start, seeing 8-10 patients per half-day
• 5-day work week, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Outpatient focus, with inpatient care referred to partner hospitals
• On-site endoscopy centers and strong APP support
Compensation & Benefits:
• $600K+ Year 1 earning potential with quarterly wRVU bonuses
• Uncapped earning potential
• $25,000 signing bonus + $15,000 relocation assistance
• Path to partnership with shareholder and equity opportunities
• Full benefits package, malpractice covered, retirement and profit sharing
• CME: $5,000 + 5 days
• 6 weeks of PTO
