Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established, physician-led, hospital-employed Multi-Specialty Group to recruit an experienced Gastroenterologist. This is a high-volume opportunity with strong hospital support, flexible scheduling, and exceptional earning potential. The incoming physician will join an established GI service line with plans to grow to two gastroenterologists, practicing in a modern outpatient clinic adjacent to a large tertiary-care hospital.

Opportunity Details

  • Employed position with base salary + wRVU production model
  • Aggressive base salary – 610K
  • Ancillary call pay
  • 4.5-day clinic work week, with 0.5 day admin time
  • Dedicated procedure days and clinic days available
  • All procedures performed in the hospital
  • Procedure volume available immediately
  • ERCP and EUS welcomed (performed in the hospital)
  • Outpatient clinic plus inpatient consult coverage
  • Join one current GI
  • Experienced candidates preferred

Practice & Hospital

  • Clinic located adjacent to a 700+ bed hospital in a modern medical office tower
  • Full support staff, including MA; APP support added as volume grows
  • MSG specialties include General Surgery (colon & bariatrics), Pain Management, Cardiology, and OB/GYN
  • Strong referral base and opportunity to build a robust GI service line
