Medicus is partnering with a reputable hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, with an opening for a Gastroenterologist to provide locum coverage.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 7 on/7 off
- Setting: Inpatient
- Patient Volume: 10-20 per day, 10 admissions per night
- Duties: Bread & butter inpatient GI, ED call, consultations, and procedures
- Required Procedures: ERCP and bread & butter endo
- Support Staff: 3 inpatient APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
