This well-established medical center serves as a key healthcare provider for the region, offering comprehensive gastroenterology services. The facility is a Level 4 trauma center featuring state-of-the-art endoscopy suites and procedural rooms, supported by an experienced team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Opportunity:
Locums Gastroenterology Coverage
Job Details:
•Coverage needed 1-2 weeks per month
• Hospital coverage includes up to 8 hours per day of scheduled outpatient procedures
• Minimal clinic coverage with experienced NP support in clinic
• Must have ERCP experience (both diagnostic and therapeutic preferred)
• Required procedures include upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
• Preferred skills include foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices, PEG, esophageal dilation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, sigmoidoscopy, and liver biopsy.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
