### Overview:
* Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced procedures optional
* Schedule: ~8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs endoscopy block, 12 hrs clinic weekly
* Current Team: 1 GI Physician supported by residents
* Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session
* Procedures: 6–7 per day
* Call Schedule: Typically 1:3 (community physicians cover interim)
* EMR: EPIC

### Comp/Benefits:
* Base Salary: $600,000–$650,000+ (two-year guarantee)
* Earning Potential: $650,000+ for top performers

* PTO/CME: Standard system package; $3,000 CME allowance
