Coverage Type: Inpatient --Call Structure at MMC approx. 1:4 Fri 4pm-Fri 4pm
Specific dates needed: mid December 2025
General GI or ERCP/EUS need: General, ERCP(prefered, not required)
Beds: 182
Trauma level: level 1
Daily Consult volume: 4-12
Anesthesia support: 24 hr anesthesia
EMR System: EPIC
Board Certification requirement: BC
License requirement: MA
Additional certifications: BLS
Temp privileges offered: Yes
Onsite Lab? Yes
Onsite X-Ray? Yes
Will Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine be Required? No

· Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
· Small Bowel Biopsy
· Lower GI Endoscopy
· Sigmoidoscopy
· Colonoscopy
· Liver Biopsy
· Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy:
· with Biopsy
· with Foreign Body Removal
· with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser)
· with Injection of Varices
· with Banding of Varices
· Diagnostic
· Therapeutic
· with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
