- Seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a growing employed multi-specialty
- Guaranteed salary for years one and two, plus bonus incentive; year three transitions to a productivity-based compensation model (salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits)
- Negotiable sign-on bonus
- Negotiable relocation bonus, including assistance with purchase of real estate in the region
- Malpractice and tail insurance provided
- Call coverage approximately 10 days per month
- High-volume office practice with blocked OR/endoscopy time
- Work alongside experienced GI providers with support from a fully trained staff and Advanced Practice Provider
- Fully integrated EMR (Epic)
- Well-defined referral base from employed and affiliated Primary Care Physicians
- County population approximately 98,000
- Erie International Airport (40 miles, ~45 minutes) offers daily domestic flights; Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (70 miles, ~75 minutes) offers extensive daily domestic and international flights
- H-1B visa sponsorship available; position is with a not-for-profit health system
