💲 Compensation & Incentives:

💵 Starting Base Salary: ~$520,000 + (increases annually for 3 years)

✅ Submission Requirements:

• 📌 Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible (within 1–5 years) in Gastroenterology – Required

• 📌 Board Certified in Internal Medicine – Preferred

• 📌 Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain – Required

• 📌 BLS & ACLS – Required

• 📌 Advanced Endoscopy training – Preferred
