I wanted to reach out as I’m working on two distinct Gastroenterology opportunities in Oregon—each offering a different lifestyle depending on what you’re looking for.
Option 1: GI Hospitalist (7 on / 7 off)
- Inpatient-focused with no clinic responsibilities
- Join 3 GIs + experienced GI APP team
- Week-on/week-off schedule
- Opportunity for ownership in an endoscopy center
- Strong system support + established referral base
- Compensation >$600K + bonus + full benefits
Option 2: General GI (Traditional Practice)
- Mix of clinic and procedures with a well-established team
- Shared call (1:7)
- 34 patient contact hours = full-time
- Employed model with stability + upside
- Opportunity for endoscopy center ownership
Location: Willamette Valley, Oregon
