- Hospital-Employed based practice is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join a growing team due to increasing patient demand
- Competitive base salary of $500,000 – $600,000 (commensurate with experience), plus productivity bonuses
- Open to both general and advanced gastroenterologists
- Start with 25% advanced cases, with potential to increase to 35–40% advanced volume
- Three physicians and three advances practice providers (with plans to add another APP)
- Clinic days: average of 24 patients/day
- Procedure days (2 per week): average of 15 procedures/day
- Inpatient census: 20–30 patients, including new consults
- APP support available during inpatient week
- Inpatient call: rotated weekly; during inpatient call weeks, no outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Outpatient call: rotated equally among physicians
- EPIC EMR system used in both clinic and hospital
