Job description
A well-established private gastroenterology practice is seeking two (2) Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologists to join their growing team covering Gainesville and Braselton Medical Offices in Georgia. This practice offers a collaborative environment, clinical autonomy, and a clear pathway to partnership. The region offers a high quality of life with easy access to Lake Lanier and Atlanta’s metro amenities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day.
Perform a wide range of procedures, including:
Colonoscopy
EGD – Upper GI Endoscopy
ERCP
EUS
Enteroscopy
Hemorrhoid Banding
Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
Infusion Therapy
Telehealth Consultations
Nutrition Counseling
TIF® Procedure
Video Capsule Endoscopy
Participate in 1:9 single hospital call rotation.
Opportunity to grow within a well-established practice.
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
Active Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain.
Not accepting visa candidates.
New graduate candidates considered through 2025.
Candidates previously Board Certified and seeking recertification will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Clean malpractice history preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday outpatient schedule.
1:9 hospital call rotation.
Skills
ERCP and EUS skills are highly valued.
Ability to work in a high-volume, collaborative outpatient environment.
Comfort with telehealth services and nutrition counseling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
