• Outpatient only – no hospital responsibilities

• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

• Patient Volume:

• 15–17 patients/day on procedure days

• 20+ patients/day on office days

Ideal candidates are interested in long-term commitment and practice ownership

• Partnership Track:

• 2–4 years to partnership (as early as 2 years)

• $15K stock purchase required

Profit Model:

Shareholders receive 100% of profits with no cap

Real estate ownership available with no buy-in

Non-shareholders earn a base salary plus 50% of profit bonuses after meeting targets
