Job Opportunity: Physician - Gastroenterology in Pueblo, CO

Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a diverse range of gastrointestinal conditions with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Perform advanced ERCP procedures using state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, including weekend coverage, to provide continuous patient support.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for thorough documentation and seamless communication.
- Handle a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a high-volume gastroenterology group.
- Engage in innovative practices to uphold the commitment to world-class patient care.
- Access ongoing professional development through CME opportunities in a supportive team-oriented environment.
- Open to supporting visa candidates for this position.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
- Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with ERCP procedures is highly preferred.
- Current COVID vaccination is required.
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is necessary.
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Current Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
- Board-Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).
- Visa support available for J1 or H1B candidates.
