A mature, well-supported GI program in Cookeville is looking for a gastroenterologist ready to step into immediate procedural volume with a team of five physicians, four experienced APRNs, and new endoscopy suites on the way. This is a single-hospital system with efficient workflows, Olympus endoscopy platforms, and access to advanced surgical robotics in one of Middle Tennessee's fastest-growing regional communities.


Practice Details


  • Join a collegial team of five gastroenterologists supported by four experienced APRNs in a single-hospital system
  • New endoscopy suites opening soon with updated technology and Olympus endoscopy platforms
  • Access to advanced surgical robotics and a conveniently located nearby clinic
  • Inpatient rounding supported by a dedicated nurse practitioner

Schedule


  • Three procedure days and two clinic days per week
  • Light call with one weekday per week and one weekend per month
  • An efficient model designed to protect procedural time and long-term balance

Compensation & Benefits


  • Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 with RVU bonus potential
  • Additional incentives, including training stipends, mortgage assistance, and loan forgiveness
  • Six weeks PTO, including vacation and CME, plus annual CME allowance
