Responsibilities

o Locations:
Midland, MIClinic, Call, or Both:
Call and Inpatient coverage
Schedule:
- Monday morning to the following Monday morning)
- Two weeks per month.
- The locum will cover the hospital, ED, and phone calls from sites across our health system when they are on duty.
- 1/16/25 – 1/27/25
- 2/3/25 – 2/10/25
- 2/17/25 – 2/24/25
- 2/27/25 – 3/3/25
- 3/10/25 – 3/17/25
- 3/24/25 – 4/7/25
- 4/14/25 – 4/21/25
- 5/8/25 – 5/14/25
- 5/22/25 – 6/2/25
Cases/Procedures:
Approximately 4-8 consults/rounds per day
Clinical support:
3 IR physicians
EMR:
Epic
Required experience, training, and certifications:
One year actively practicing as a Gastroenterologist
Case Logs:
24 patient encounters' in the past 12 months
Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
MI License or IMLC required
Credentialing Timeframe:
30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
