Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Nov 2024 – Ongoing
Reason for coverage: 1 Provider is moving
Schedule: 8a-12p (Procedures) & 12:30p-4:30p (Clinic)
Shift: Monday – Friday (clinic 8a-4.30p)
Call: N/A
Patient volume: 15-20 PER DAY
Scope: General GI, No EUS or ERCP required
EMR: Epic
Group/support: MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified only, UT License (may consider non-licensed with IMLC )
