Sole GI group in the region | Light 1:7 call | Immediate procedural volume
An established 9-physician, 6-APP gastroenterology group in Hickory, North Carolina, is expanding to meet heavy regional demand. As the only GI practice serving a multi-county population, the group offers immediate procedural volume, an established referral network, and long-term stability in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Practice
- Busy bread-and-butter GI practice with 9 physicians and 6 APPs
- Sole GI group serving a large multi-county region
- About 11,000 colonoscopies and 3,500 EGDs performed annually
- Dedicated endoscopy days with strong procedural support
Schedule
- Monday-Friday with predictable hours
- Light 1:7 hospital call, with no rounding required during call hours
- Dedicated APP support during hospitalist weeks
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
