After First Year, you Can Remain Employed At Hospital in a Physician Multi Specialty Clinic OR Elect To Be Independent. MGMA Guidelines Determine Suggested Salary. After first year Salary Guarantee, Salary Is Based on Productivity. Multi Specialty Building adjacent to Hospital. Very little call due to hospitalist program.
