FP Opportunity Number 1- Health System seeks the addition of one to two Family Medicine providers for growth of service population and community need. M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with complimentary staff. No call is required. Hospitalist on duty 24 hours to admit and round on inpatients. Full Internet capabilities for patient data, x-rays, labs, etc. Employment is hospital based with the same complete benefit package offered throughout the Health System. FP Opportunity Number 2- Two openings to join 2 family practice, 3 internal medicine, 1 pediatrician and 6 mid-level providers. Call ratio 1:4 ? 1:6 on weekends. Service area is 34,000 with critical access hospital. The Group has support staff for nursing, lab techs, office management and utilizes electronic medical records. Averages 20 patients per day, newborn to geriatrics. Each provider has 3 dedicated exam rooms and a private office with medical assistant. Employment is hospital based with the same complete benefit package offered throughout the Health System FP Opportunity Number 3- Seeking additional provider to join a practice with one established provider and a mid-level for rural growth of mid-size medical clinic with direct access to medical center. M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Private office with dedicated exam rooms. Outpatient practice only, seeing all ages. Beta site for Hospital EMR Employment is hospital based with the same complete benefit package offered throughout the Health System. Compensation based on Fair Market Value.
