This southwest Georgia Health System and its affiliated physician group is currently seeking a board-certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician. Nestled in SW Georgia, this network of providers offers greater access to patients in our region.

Position highlights:

  • Family Medicine Board Certified (D.O. or M.D.)
  • Would prefer providers with several years of experience and interests/experience in the following areas:
  • OB/Gyn (fellowship training or good experience for supervision)
  • O.s with OMT experience and interest
  • Procedural interest
  • Point-of-care ultrasound
  • Simulation training experience

Compensation

  • Hospital-employed position
  • $215K Base Salary Quarterly production bonus (but focus on teaching, we’re not a production based environment but teaching environment)
  • $25K Sign-On Bonus, up to $15K Relocation
  • Malpractice is covered. Tail coverage for anything done at Phoebe. Not provided for previous employment.
  • 20 days PTO plus 7 holidays
  • CME-Stipend $5K
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan - hospital employees can save for retirement through pre- and/or post-tax contributions to the 403(b) retirement plan. Phoebe may make matching contributions of 50% of the first 6% of your salary deferral contributions. Matching contributions will begin when you begin contributions and will vest after 3 years of employment.
  • Benefit year runs August 1st – July 31st in line with fiscal year. Eligible 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
