-Defined Need
-Be busy day one
-Shortage of 4 PCP's
-Hospital Employed position
-Join 3 employed providers
-Replace physician who retired
-Work 4 (8 hour) days per week
-No Night Call Mon-Sun, No Call during the week.
-Low volume / Low acuity
-Specialty support
-Strong mid-level support
-Clinic located in Hospital
-Competitive Starting Salary and wRVU production bonus
-Income potential of $400K per year based on current providers
-Sign-on of $50,000+, relocation, $160K Student Loan Assistance, full benefits

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
-Must be BC/BE in Family Practice
