What specialty? Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with or without OB
Location? Shelby, Mt
Desired start date? June 2020 or July 2020
What type of EMR do you use? Nextgen
Patient load. How many patients per day would this candidate see? Normally 12 or more but we pair with best suits provider and patient for high quality
Weekly schedule? Days/Hours? M-F 8-5 ER call rotation max days per year of 90 but most of our providers are doing 75
Salary expectations? Without OB 220,000, with OB $250000
Benefits information? Retirement matching of 3%, health insurance paid for family, dental and vision, FTCA malpractice, 2500 CME, Relocation, Sign on Bonus, State DEA MMLP and 1 board paid
Who will this candidate be working with? 5 MD/DO, 2 DDS, 1 DMP, then a few NP or PA, Behavioral Health dept, Pharmacy
Experience required/preferred? BC or BE
