Position Details:
Experience in an FQHC setting
Weekday Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM (Lunch from 12:00-1:00 or 12:30-1:30)
Weekend Schedule: Shifts may be available, but not required
Call Requirements: Phone Only
Call Shift Volume: coverage is currently 1:10
Facilities Covered: 3 locations in Grass Valley, Placer County, Penn Valley
Typical Patient Load: 18 - 21 Patients Per Day
Patient Demographic: Young kids to Geriatrics; Pediatrics takes newborns
Procedures required: Ability to perform all standard procedures on site
Payor Mix: 63% Medi-Cal, 16% Medicare, 9% Cash, 12% Commercial Insurance
EHR System: E-Clinical Works
Full-time work with full benefits for self and family
