- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family practice physician
- Willing to accept those not currently licensed in Illinois
- Adding a physician due to community need
- Opportunity to work outpatient only or traditional – your preference
- Normal clinic offers
- RN and MA support
- H1 and J1 visa candidates accepted
- Organization Information:
- ~110 miles west of Chicago
- ~70 miles from Rockford
- Community of about 25,000 residents
- $300,000 - $360,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential
- 100 bed hospital
