The Review Physician position is accompanied with a generous compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing all applicable customer documentation, including the clinical assessment and all of its related documents
• Completing standard medical review of systems
• Making Functional Capacity Outcome (FCO) determinations for customers and provides written justification of the FCO
• Ordering or requesting additional assessments to support diagnoses and FCO determination
• Working collaboratively with Service Track staff to interpret any medical evaluation findings or documents that affect service planning and delivery
• Conducting training for other team members in effective use of clinical assessment results in service planning
• Evaluating and improving clinical assessment processes, including providing input to the design of any Review Physician forms
• Handling other duties, as needed
