This all ages primary care practice sees an average of 20 ppd per provider and there is a waiting list of new patients. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO with an active Indiana license. New graduates are encouraged to apply as the physicians are experienced and great mentors for a young physician.
