- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Established practice with an existing patient base
- Join a 2 provider Primary Care Team
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Phone-only call, backup to nurse triage
- Pediatric Dentistry and Behavioral Health services onsite
- Strong commercial insurance payer mix
- Formerly independent private practice with nonprofit organizational support
