SEEKING FM PHYSICIAN FOR A LOCUM TO PERM OPPORTUNITY: SALOME, AZ



We have a locums or locums to perm opportunity in Salome, AZ. The client is seeking a candidate that values quality care with good bed side manners. Here are some of the details:


Family Practice Physician (2):
- Locums - starting mid Feb. 2019 and lasting 13 weeks - may extend after for additional coverage
- May consider converting to Perm after assignment after they evaluate work
- EMR: Athena Healthcare
- Client covers reasonable travel and lodging (we need to find the lodging)
- Monday through Friday 8-5 with no call and no weekends
- Will accept both BE and BC
- All outpatient work
- Will have two mid-levels and 8 support staff
- Physician practice is 65% medicare
- 25 PPD (heavy volume in winter)
- Needs to have AZ licensure
