Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including well woman care and newborn care.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions for a patient population with a higher percentage of older adults.
- Collaborate with onsite behavioral health and visiting specialists for integrated care.
- Perform IUD insertion/removal as needed (preferred).
- Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
