Monday–Friday clinic schedule
Approximately 15–20 patients daily
In-building imaging and point-of-care testing
Potential extension beyond March 2027
Assignment Details
Start: As soon as credentialed; mid-November 2026 targeted
End: March 5, 2027, with potential extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Coverage: Outpatient clinic plus rotating after-hours clinic call
Call frequency: To be confirmed
Location: Caro or Vassar; assigned site to be confirmed
Volume: Approximately 15–20 patients daily
Population: Approximately 90% adult/geriatric and 10% pediatric
Support: Medical assistants and receptionist
Resources: Point-of-care testing and diagnostic imaging in the building
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: Timeframe not provided
Clinical Details
Adult and geriatric outpatient primary care
General outpatient pediatric care
Internal Medicine candidates considered; pediatric coverage expectations to be confirmed
After-hours clinic call on a rotating basis
Requirements
BC in Family Medicine; Internal Medicine candidates considered
Active Michigan medical license required by start
BLS and ACLS required
Local providers preferred
Availability for weekday clinic and rotating after-hours call
