Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient Only) in Chatfield, MN
Located in Chatfield, MN; Rochester 20m
Overview
* A health system in southeast Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative team at a rural clinic near Rochester
* Part time, 0.6 to 1.0 FTE, outpatient only
* Dynamic rural practice with a good mix of patients, caring for 3 to 4 generations and all age groups
* Care coordination team supports chronically complex patients
* Epic EMR
Qualifications
* BC/BE in Family Medicine, MD or DO
* Active Minnesota medical license and DEA
* BLS
* Visa sponsorship is not available
Compensation & Benefits
* Market based 2 year guarantee followed by an RVU based production pay plan, $193,500 to $322,500 based on 0.6 to 1.0 FTE
* $30,000 sign on bonus
* Relocation and stipend per qualification
* Medical, dental and vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), CME, vacation and malpractice (0.5 FTE or higher)
