Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
Overview:
* Join an established Primary Care practice within a nonprofit regional healthcare system serving Northwest Arizona
* Provide comprehensive Family Medicine services to patients within a collaborative clinical environment
* Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
* Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide preventive care, routine health screenings and chronic disease management
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, preventive health and ongoing medical care
* Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Access to advanced medical technology and comprehensive diagnostic services
* Coordinate referrals to appropriate specialists and diagnostic services when clinically indicated
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with established clinical standards
* Provide medical orders and clinical guidance to nursing personnel
* Participate in Medical Staff meetings and departmental activities
* Contribute to the review and development of clinical policies, procedures and treatment protocols
* Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to ensure continuity of care
* Practice within a comprehensive healthcare system offering a broad range of medical and surgical specialties

Comp/Benefits:
* $300,000 annual base salary
* RVU compensation figure of 51 (unit and structure to be confirmed)
* $50,000–$100,000 starting bonus, dependent on total contract value
