Family Medicine Opening in South Haven, MI
Located in South Haven, MI; Kalamazoo 40m; Chicago 110m
Overview
* A hospital employed rural health clinic in South Haven, Michigan is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join an established practice
* Full spectrum family practice, working alongside one physician and two APPs
* Outpatient only, with no OB and no inpatient medicine
* Full time with flexible scheduling, and the team will offer appointments as early as 7:00 am or as late as 7:00 pm at least one day a week
* Team approach with an ambulatory care manager, social worker, pharmacist and nurse triage
* NHSC designated site, with the opportunity to apply for student loan forgiveness
* South Haven is on the shores of Lake Michigan with white sandy beaches, wineries, a quaint downtown and unlimited outdoor activities
Qualifications
* BC/BE in Family Medicine
* Current and unrestricted Michigan license as MD/DO and DEA licensure
