Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
Located in Spring Valley, NY – Approximately 30 miles north of New York City
Permanent position with flexible scheduling
Position Overview
Family Medicine Physician opportunity within an established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Join a collaborative team of Primary Care and specialty providers
Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease management services
Provide medical triage and stabilize emergencies before hospitalization when necessary
Flexible schedule with daytime hours, one evening per week, Fridays, and weekend availability
New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Active New York DEA registration
BLS certification required
Eligible to work in the United States
Strong diagnostic, clinical assessment, and treatment planning skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and preventive medicine
Practice Highlights

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $195,000–$390,000
$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time physicians
