Overview
* A community owned, not for profit health system is seeking a family medicine physician for a clinic on the campus of a critical access hospital, on the western edge of the Catskills
* Traditional inpatient and outpatient practice in a friendly small town where your patients are your neighbors
* The primary care practice includes family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers and psychiatric nurse practitioners, with multiple outpatient specialties available on site
* The practice is next to a 25 bed medical and short term rehab unit with a 24/7 Emergency Department, and on site lab, cardiopulmonary and imaging services, rehab services and an outpatient pharmacy
* Call: one week approximately every two months, for the primary care practice only
* Teaching opportunities with the system's Family Practice and Internal Medicine residents and fellows
* J-1 and H-1B candidates are accepted
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $275,240 to $344,100, guaranteed
* Full benefits, CME stipend, vacation and paid occurrence based malpractice
