Overview
* A 122 bed acute care community hospital in northwestern Connecticut, part of a large health system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join its growing Hospital Medicine team
* Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift schedule
* Closed ICU with intensivist support
* Collaborative, multidisciplinary team with dedicated specialty support from system physicians
* EPIC electronic medical record across the health system
* Strong physician leadership and administrative support, plus opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and residents
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Eligible for an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
* Eligible for an unrestricted DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance registration
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: about $210,000 to $412,000
