Located in Chandler, AZ; Phoenix 25m
Overview
* A not for profit (501c3) federally qualified health center is seeking a Family Medicine physician for its Chandler clinic
* Full time, permanent, employed position
* Opportunity to teach students and residents while serving a patient population that is primarily underserved
* Federally qualified health centers qualify for federal and state sponsored loan repayment programs
* Experienced candidates and 2027 residents are considered, and H-1B transfers are accepted
Qualifications
* MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $239,000 to $253,500 depending on experience
* 4 weeks paid time off, plus 1 week CME time off with a CME stipend
* 10 paid holidays

* 401(k) with up to 6 percent employer contribution
