Overview
* The health center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for its Bedford health center
* Provide continuity and acute medical care to patients with an emphasis on quality preventive care
* Work in an ambulatory, community health setting within an integrated primary medical, dental and behavioral health model
Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
* Completion of an accredited residency program, Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Active and unrestricted DEA license
