Family Medicine Physician Opening in St. Charles, MN (established practice, 2 year guarantee, $30,000 sign-on bonus)

Overview
* The medical center has a BE/BC Family Medicine physician opportunity in St. Charles, MN (outpatient)
* Assume an established practice, joining another physician, an Advanced Practitioner Clinician and support staff
* Dynamic rural practice with a good mix of patient population and good quality of life
* Build relationships and take care of 3 to 4 generations, caring for all age groups
* Care Coordination team supports the chronically complex patients
* Epic EMR
Qualifications
* BC/BE Family Medicine, MD or DO
* Active Minnesota medical license and DEA
* BLS
Compensation & Benefits
* Market based 2 year guarantee followed by an RVU based production pay plan ($161,250 to $193,500 based on 0.5 to 0.6 FTE)
* $30,000 sign-on bonus
