Optometrist Opening in Dover, Maine
Located in Dover, ME
Overview
* Full time, permanent Optometrist role at a community health center
* Four day work week
* Collaborate with providers as part of an integrated primary care team
* Examine eyes and the visual system, diagnose problems, prescribe corrective lenses and treat eye conditions
Qualifications
* Doctor of Optometry (OD)
* Maine licensure or eligibility to obtain
Compensation & Benefits
* Budgeted rate of $120,000, final offer based on skills and experience
* Employer pays 100% of the health insurance premium and 80% of dependent coverage, plus dental
* Three weeks of paid vacation in year one, four weeks each year after, plus PTO and earned paid leave
* $2,500 and up to one week for CME
