An established healthcare organization in Chesaning, Michigan is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. Clinical Practice
Provide comprehensive Family Medicine services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive health screenings and wellness examinations
Develop individualized treatment and disease management plans
Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
Coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other clinical professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
Current or eligible Michigan medical license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
Interest in practicing within a community-focused healthcare organization
Ability to collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
