Job description
Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Reid Pediatric & Internal Medicine team consisting of 4 physicians and 2 NP's. This individual will provide and manage direct patient care, perform physical examinations and tests, obtain medical history and documentation, and instruct patients regarding diagnosis, medications, and treatment.
Provider need to be board certified in Family Medicine. Please do not submit internal medicine candidates for the position.
Job Responsibilities
Team: 4 physicians, 2 NP's, and support staff (LPN's, OA's, MA's, lab staff)
Schedule: Office hours are 7am to 4:30pm
Qualifications
Experience Required: Opened to newly trained and practicing physicians
Licensure: Indiana Medical License
Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
