- Including direct physician reports (not mid-levels)
- Leading a team and delivering positive clinical outcomes
- Supervising and training value-based care providers
- Active involvement in hiring providers and marketing the center

- Outpatient only setting with 1:10 or better phone call
- Small patient panel to ensure great work-life balance and schedule
